A+ Certified Field Computer Technician Worldwide Techservices plays a vital role in providing superior, hardware-focused, technology field service support to both residential and commercial customers of major PC manufacturers.
The best PC field technicians are independent self-starters, who have the drive, technical aptitude, and interpersonal skills to perform component-level, hardware repair in a manner that exceeds the customer's expectations and solves their problems quickly and effectively! If this describes you, then here is an excellent, entry-level technical opportunity for you to become part of a dedicated team of professionals as a Worldwide Techservice Partner.
Worldwide Technician I's are part-time employees who perform PC (laptop and desktop) service calls during the day. Calls are typically conducted Monday through Friday during general business hours.
Worldwide Technician I's work directly with the customer to schedule the service call, which allows for a great deal of flexibility! If you want to be part of this experience, then apply today! Our talented Worldwide Techservice Partners should have: Knowledge of IBM & Dell computer equipment Must have an A+ Certification (or obtain one within 90 days after employment) Vehicle w/ registration & insurance Knowledge of/Experience in PC/Laptop repair Ability to travel to customer location Ability to lift and, or move various computer equipment Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and initiate action.
Must be able to pass criminal background and driving investigation Incentives for becoming a Worldwide Techservice Partner include: Don't report to office, work from home to schedule your calls Competitive rate Mileage Reimbursement Plan Work
