The Territory Sales position at EES is an excellent opportunity to learn the Ethicon Endo-Surgery product line and sales process from seasoned sales professionals in the field.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will support a region by aiding in the expansion of the sales of Ethicon Endo- Surgery's medical products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
In this role, the Territory Sales Representative will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
You will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology.
Additionally, you will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action.
In this search, we will be looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following: One to two years experience in field sales.
Medical device or capital equipment experience preferred, but not required.
Strong customer orientation as evidenced by documented customer feedback.
Experience in product sales to a highly educated/high profile customer base.
A current method of effectively targeting accounts and achieving results through a daily action plan.
Ability to work in a lab or operating room environment.
Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
One to two years outside selling experience.
Willingness to travel up to 30% depending on geography.
