Ethicon Endo-Surgery Sales Division will provide clinically differentiated, economically justified solutions, valued by clinicians, providers, payers and patients across prioritized diseases through: -Protecting the base business -Driving growth in focus areas -Improving customer satisfaction and loyaltyThe role of the Sales Representative is to expand the sales of Ethicon Endo-Surgery's medical products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
In this role, the Sales Representative will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
They will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology.
Additionally, they will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action.
Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree.
At least three years selling experience.
Ability to work in a lab or operating room environment.
Willingness to travel up to 30% depending on geography.
Experience in quality-based sales as opposed to price-based sales.
Experience in product sales to a highly educated/high profile customer base.
Strong customer orientation as evidenced by documented customer feedback.
A current method of effectively targeting accounts and achieving results through a daily action plan.
Preferred: Medical device or capital equipment experience preferred, but not required.
