Sales Coordinator

Purpose and Scope The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for retrieving all inbound calls and placing outbound calls, qualifying potential prospects and closing sales to meet pre-defined revenue goals.
B.
Roles and Responsibilities Ensure sales quotas are achieved by identifying customer requirements and closing business.
Determine pricing structure and customer requirements in order to complete and deliver signed proposals which meet First American RES guidelines and standards.
Answer inbound calls, qualify potential prospects, determine customer needs and recommend solutions which are in line with RES sales methodologies.
Review prospect list, make 30 outbound calls per day to qualify potential prospects, determine customer needs and recommend solutions which are in line with RES sales methodologies.
C.
Organization Relationship The Inside Sales Representative reports directly to the RVP or Manager of Inside Sales.

Performance Metrics Achievement of sales quotas Volume and quality of Inbound and Outbound calls Closing ratio Customer Sales Satisfaction Phone Statistics (ASA, Abandon Rate, Transfer Rates)QualificationsA.
Education and Training BA degree in business or equivalent experience is preferred.
B.
Job history and technical skills 1 -2 year's prior sales or related experience is preferred Knowledge of real estate principles in order to understand customer's business is preferred Proficiency in business applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook is required.
Strong ability to sell over the phone, understand customer requirements, negotiate and influence buying decisions and close sales is required.
Required interpersonal skills: Demonstrate professional selling skills over the phone with the ability to actively listen, understand and communicate customer requirements.
Hands-on approach to overcoming obstacles, problem solving and clearly communicating RES products as the Customer Solution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
