Sales Associate
Certain Software, a leading provider of online registration and meeting management technology for Fortune 1000 companies and the meeting / event planning industry, is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Sales team at our San Francisco headquarters.
The Sales Associate reports to the Manager of Commercial Sales and supports several regional managers to build and expand their territory.
The Sales Associate will work closely with a wide variety of staff and management.
The career path for a sales associate is to become a Regional Manager.
As a sales associate you are responsible for a wide range of duties.
Duties: Cold Calling Lead follow-up and qualifying Make follow-up calls, and set appointments for Sales Reps Administrative tasks as assigned Develop trusted relationships with prospects Recommend Certain solutions Demonstrate Certain Software products to prospects Articulate the benefits of the Certain Software products Understand industry trends, market activities, and competitors Knowledge of Salesforce.com (CRM) Articulate clear & effective value propositions and ROI to prospect Handle objections quickly and effectively Proficiency in the company's sales process standards Maintain a high level of professional and technical knowledge through personal initiative and company provided training Personal Attributes Energy and enthusiasm Confidence Team player Strong work ethic High level of integrity Self Starter Thick skin, able to handle rejection Ability to learn quickly Skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Education: 4-Year BA or BS
