Sales Associate: A&C Plastics
Self- Motivated Sales Associate We are seeking an outgoing and motivated full-time Sales Associate for a busy professional office near Hobby Airport .
Previous sales experience a MUST.
REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 1 year sales experience; no entry level applicants.
- Ability to make cold sales calls, meet deadlines, and close deals.
- Demonstrate motivation and follow-thru.
- Welcome constructive criticism and work with little to no supervision.
- Must be dependable and prompt; reliable attendance is an absolute requirement.
- A desire to expand with the company and promote internal growth.
- Licensed to work in the state of Texas ; valid Texas ID. - Non-smoker.
- Reliable transportation.
SKILLS: - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle heavy incoming calls.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter; a desire to be actively involved in improving the company sale environment.
- Bi-lingual a plus but not necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Building customer relationships and maintaining company image.
- Providing quotes, executing, and closing sales.
- Promoting business through existing clientele and locating potential customers.
- Attending weekly sales meetings.
