Retail Stores - Retail Sales Consultant - Bakersfield - Full TimeBakersfield, CA Position Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Front line interaction with customers.
Sales will be generated from incoming traffic into the Retail Sales Store as well as outside cold calling, product fair and telemarketing efforts.
-Must display a professional image in all facets of career duties, be knowledgeable with products and services available and maintain a high level of integrity at all times -Planning and organizational skills, good judgement, team player, self-starter, constructive ideas, efficient time management.
- Consistently attain 100% of quota.
- Deliver concise, organized and comprehensive presentations of Cingular Wireless products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Work with walk-ins and call-ins at the store.
- Maintain customer base through telemarketing and constant contact with existing accounts through mailers, thank you notes and referrals.
-Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and long-term rapport with accounts.
-Interface with equipment only sales and accessory sales.
- Paperwork must be neat, accurate, complete and submitted on time.
-Documentation of all related transactions.
Maintain customer base files and records.
-Monitor competitor marketing strategies and products.
-Educate customers in all aspects of Cingular Wireless products and services.
-Continually seek to improve and expand upon knowledge of Cingular Wireless products and services, sales skills and self-development.
- Set and review monthly goals through regular 30/60/90 day business plan.

Preferred Qualifications Bi-lingual a plus! Position Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales and/or a customer service environment.
Must be highly motivated, customer-focused and able to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
