Phoenix, AZ - Medical Device Sales Representative - 0609919
Description The role of the Sales Representative is to expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson's medical device products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
In this role, the Sales Representative will be trained to understand & demonstrate our products to our customers in an operating room setting.
They will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology.
Additionally, they will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action.
In this search, we will be looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following: Experience in quality based sales as opposed to price based sales.
Strong customer orientation as evidenced by documented customer feedback.
Experience in product sales to highly educated/high profile customer base.
A current method of effectively targeting accounts and achieving results through a daily action plan.
Documented sales performance placing you in the top 15% among peers.
Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Bachelors degree At least 2 years selling experience.
Willingness to travel up to 30% depending on geography.
