Pet Resort Sales and Customer Service What are Pet Resort Sales and Customer Service like at Holiday Barn? At our Pet Resorts, we help our 4-legged guests decide on which pet lodging options will be best for them while they stay with us. We provide Richmonds pets with comfortable accommodations and lots of fun things to do while their parents are away.
We also offer pet grooming services, day camp and dog training.
Our customer service/counter sales leaders and associates work with all of our customers to get what is best for their pets.
We are a fast paced work environment, with the opportunity to work with many customers on a daily basis both new and loyal, repeat customers.

Experience in managing a sales team is a plus and the ability to train and grow a sales team within our businesss goals is essential.
Leadership skills are very helpful; we are a pack work environment and we need individuals who can professionally lead a staff to success.
Professionalism and friendliness Holiday Barn is a luxury pet resort; therefore our customers expect to be treated professionally, with knowledge and in a friendly manner.
Basic pet knowledge we dont need you to be a breed or behavioral expert, but to have some doggy experience is helpful.
Be able to focus our pack on positive revenue sales that benefit our customers and our business.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft driven computer applications.
Some Responsibilities Build customer confidence by making their visit positive, engaging, knowledgeable, and reassuring.
Help Holiday Barn realize its opportunities, focus on the day-to-day, but always keep an eye on future goals.
This is a resort/travel business as employees we must be responsive to our businesss needs during holidays, high volume travel periods, and weekends.
Learn and be able to provide necessary training and mentoring to the pack to achieve our companys goals.We are also looking for sales associates to work in our customer care department, providing great care options for our visiting guests.
Have fun! We get to play with dogs and cats every day at one of Richmonds oldest and largest pet resorts.
Where are we located? We are now hiring full and part-time positions for our Glen Allen location, which is conveniently located near the intersection of Staples Mill and Mountain Road.
We also have part-time opportunities at our Southside location, just off of Midlothian Turnpike.
