Outside Salesperson: Castle Rock Remodeling
Outside Salesperson We seek an entry-level outside salesperson desiring an exciting career in the construction industry which focuses both on resdiential and commercial property improvements.
We look forward to training the appropriate candidate.
FROM US: You will earn more than $60,000 per year through BOTH salary and commissions.
You will receive full benefits, including medical and dental and 401k.
No cold calling! You will receive 3 or 4 qualified-preset and confirmed appointments daily.
Your prospects called us from referrals or print media (for example, interstate billboards, KC Star, Val-Pak, Money Mailer, Yellow Pages, etc.) Property owners look forward to meeting with you each day - they called us because they want what you will have to offer! You are warmly invited by them to visit - they eagerly look forward to meeting with you. You will engage in a friendly, consultative-based sales relationship with you clients - no high-pressure sales tactics.
You will sell more than a $1,000,000 your first year! You will sell TOP QUALITY products, independently tested and reviewed, and, priced well below your competition.
You will be provided a laptop computer and a portable printer for the use of PowerPoint presentations and printing sales agreements in the field.
You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be an integral part of a growing team-oriented business.

Ability to prioritize and target key customers.
Willing to work 6 days per week, including evenings (swing shift, ie. your day begins at around 10 am) and Saturdays (day only.
) Reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license, clean record, and good credit.
Ability to follow a sales system with a results-oriented proven track-record.
Ability to effectively follow-up with clients.
