Lead Developer - Sales ACT!
JOB INFORMATION Job Title Lead Developer - Sales ACT! Company: Sage Software, Inc. Location: US-AZ-Scottsdale StatusFull Time, Employee SalaryWageUnspecified Lead Developer - Sales ACT! Job Description Lead Developer - Sales ACT! Lead Developer - Sales - ACT! Candidate will be responsible to qualify leads for ACT! Corporate Sales Team.
Responsible for both inbound and outbound lead generation, web leads, and emails.
Strong interaction with Sales Team will be required.
Will be responsible for operational duties such as reporting, order processing and shipping trials.
Other special projects: call existing customers and database clean up. REQUIRED SKILLS: Previous customer service/sales support experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Must have strong knowledge of software applications, databases, internet and concepts, ie (SalesLogix).
Knowledge of ACT! and other contact management and CRM applications preferred.
Desired career path in Sales/Sales Operations.
Bachelors Degree is preferred.
DESIRED SKILLS: High level of Customer Service ability; phone skills, internal team skills, detail oriented, and multitasking skills
