JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: All aspects of management for a high-volume, creative retail environment Lead, train, and motivate a team, ensuring outstanding customer service and strong visual merchandising presentations Represent Hot Topic's culture, emphasizing a work environment that's fair and developmental, customer service focused on everything about the musi JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience managing in a dynamic retail operation, specialty store experience preferred Demonstrated experience driving business, building teams, and reducing shrink, with a "sales first" focus Demonstrated strong leadership and visual merchandising skills Demonstrated skills in recruiting, selecting, and developing people Music/fashion knowledge and apparel experience are preferred Minimum 18 years of age Minimum High School diploma or equivalent ADDITIONAL INFO: Employee Discount, Quarterly Bonus, Medical/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance, 401K, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Scholarship Program, Concert Reimbursement, Upward Mobility and more!
