Field Sales Rep Tamp and Miami Position Summary: The Regional Business Consultant (RBC) is a field sales position responsible for developing sales and relationships with assigned salons in a geographic territory through the use of proven business consulting tools.
Requirements: Undergraduate degree.
Three years experience in relationship-based sales.
Candidates with outside sales and salon industry experience will be considered the strongest.
Personal Attributes/Skills: * Strong sales ability * Strategic and analytical thinking * Strong communication and presentation skills * Discerning eye * Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and general comfort with new programs Responsibilities/Projects: Create a powerful, trusting relationship with salon owners and employees.
Achieve individual revenue goals by consulting with the salon owners, managers, and stylists.
Implement sell-through strategies at a salon-by-salon level.
Manage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts.
Develop strategic education plans for each salon in territory.
Deliver highest quality in-salon presentations.
Develop new business opportunities.
Overnight travel varies between 25% to 50%
