FIELD SALES TRAINING SPECIALIST

Job Title: FIELD SALES TRAINING SPECIALIST Los Angeles, CA Department: SALES Job # 45-CA This position will focus on developing and delivery of training programs to incorporate strategic selling.
Consultative selling and territory management for the field sales force.
Position requires extensive field travel in the U.
S., in order to understand the sales process and help deliver training programs geared for field sales representatives.
Requires working with marketing and sales operations to under the company's technical products and sales administration programs used every day by the field sales force.
Continual gap analysis between current capabilities and desired performance of each individual so that a personalized training needs plan can be established and implemented required.
This position has high visibility with the executive leadership team.
The candidate must be able to work on complex problems, and be accountable for analyzing data that can measure revenue, margin, and market share gains.
Qualifications: Preferred BS/BA degree.
AA acceptable and up to 5 yrs related sales experience and/or sales training; background or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have effective presentation skills.
Candidate must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time in the US Relocate to the LA Corporate Office is preferred, but will consider qualified candidates who are unable to meet this request.
