Customer Service: Advanced Lamps
Local ecommerce company looking for an experienced customer service associate to join our team.
Advanced Lamps is a growing ecommerce organization who specializes in projector lamps, projection TV lamps, home theater equipment and specialized consumer electronics.
We are currently seeking an experienced customer service associate to join our ever growing team of professionals.Our star employees are passionate about our products and they get a kick out of sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm with others.
In this role, your ability to assist customers by matching them with the right products and services, will translate into financial rewards and real career momentum.
If you're motivated by being a member of a high performing team, will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can handle all kinds of customers with ease, we'd love to hear from you.The primary requirements for this position are: 2+ years of customer service related experienceExemplary punctuality and attendance recordExcellent communication and customer service skillsReliable transportationProfessional demeanorComputer aptitudeBi-lingual a plus!The primary duties for this role include but are not limited to: Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Process and/or assist with telephone orders.
Following up with customer voice and email.
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
EducationHigh school diploma or GED RequiredOtherEmployment may be contingent upon a drug screening test and background investigation.
