Job Description: Dillard's is currently seeking a Cosmetic Business Manager.
The Cosmetic Business Manager is directly responsible for the management of 5 to 15 Sales Associates and a continually increasing sales volume.
He or she conducts job performance reviews, manages staff and personnel issues, supervises customer service and is directly responsible for meeting and exceeding personal and counter sales goals as set forth by Store Management.
The Cosmetic Business Manager manages the orientation and development of all Cosmetic Consultants to ensure increased brand awareness, productivity and sales.
Heavy emphasis will be placed upon leading efforts in establishing and growing a client base.
Sound recruiting and interviewing skills are also relied upon.
