comin partnership withYAHOO! hotjobsCUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVECirculation Part TimeAnswer all calls promptly and courteously, and adhere to all published procedures when servicing customers.
Answer all customer-billing inquiries and facilitate needed financial transactions for mail customers, billed customers, and carrier collect customers.
Take ownership for all customer inquiries/complaints pertaining to Telemarketing and Door Crew sales.
Handle all paper distribution starts and stops.
Assist in completing verification of new subscriber service starts, outbound collection calls.
Assist in other areas, and cross-train as necessary.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Minimum of one-year inbound/outbound customer service experience.
Business Systems experience helpful.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to react to change productively.
