Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandiser, Stock, & Sales Associates: Forever 21/Forever XXI

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER Responsibilities are, but not limited to: - Assists Store Manager in creating, promoting, and overseeing a fun profitable store.
- Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Oversee well-trained and developed team, shortage control, safety, and mall/community involvement.
- Maintain a friendly, professional behavior at all times.
Job requirements: - 1-2 years of fashion retail management experience.
- Excellent ability to train and motivate team members.
- Friendly, courteous, and positive attitude is a must.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
- Able to work well under pressure, multi-task, and follow direction.
- The ideal candidate will be punctual, organized, and able to prioritize workload.
VISUAL MERCHANDISER Responsibilities are, but not limited to: - Must work accordingly to visual guidelines, in order to generate sales and provide shopping ease for customers.
- Create window and merchandise displays within visual guidelines.
- Work alongside management and sales associates.
Job requirements: - 2 or more years experience in visual merchandising or styling.
- Must have experience in mannequin maintenance and styling.
- Knowledge of colors, patterns, and textures.
- Knowledge of floor sets and plan-o-grams.
-Ability to forecast the latest trends.
- Ability to follow and execute corporate visual merchandising standards SALES ASSOCIATE Responsibilities are, but not limited to: - Responsible for greeting and providing excellent customer service while attaining sales results.
-Assist in maintaining the retail stores in good and presentable condition -Responsible for following company operational procedures to insure minimal loss/shrinkage Requirements: -Ability to multi-task -Friendly and courteous with a positive attitude -Strong interpersonal skills -Able to organize and prioritize work -Must be punctual STOCK ASSOCIATE Responsibilities are, but not limited to: - Ability to follow operational standards.
- Maintain stock on sales floor and overstock.
- Receive and unpack incoming orders.
Job requirements: - 1-2 years of fashion retail experience.
- Excellent ability to train and motivate team members.
- Friendly, courteous, and positive attitude is a must.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
