Advertising Sales Assistant: Fremont Tribune
*Advertising Sales Assistant* The Fremont Tribune has an immediate opening for an organized Sales Assistant who excels in a fast-paced environment.
This position provides basic administrative and sales support to the local retail sales team, works directly with a small group of clients and coordinates sales efforts.
Duties Include:
Serve as first point of contact for new advertising clients.
Handle ad order placement and sales efforts for a group of national and regional accounts.
Serve as online order placement expert.
Store, retrieve and integrate information pertinent to the productivity of the sales team.
Work closely with the Advertising Director on budgeting, goal setting and reports.
Requirements:
High School diploma.
Valid driver's license, good driving record and dependable vehicle.
Prior sales experience desirable.
Ability to communicate in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
Computer skills are a must.
Experience with email correspondence, excel spreadsheet creation, mail merge and database management a must.

Compensation for this position is $9.
00 per hour.
