Seeking Supervisor (Entry Level Management) candidates Company Information: Annas Linens, was founded in 1988 by its current president and chief executive officer, Alan Gladstone.
Named after his mother, Annas Linens currently operates over 250 stores, with over 2000 employees.

This prestigious award is given to a single individual making the greatest strides for the industry in any one year.
Annas Store Support Center is located in Costa Mesa, California with store locations throughout the nation.

Job Description The ideal candidate will have 1 year retail experience and be able to lead by example, communicate effectively, drive the company's Sales and Service initiatives, ability to multi-task, carry a professional demeanor & have the ability to deliver excellent customer service that will exceed the expectations of our customers! SUPERVISOR Primary Responsibilities (1 year experience) Managing the store and personnel in the Store Managers absence Open and Closing responsibilities Cash handling and daily accounting Merchandising Excellent Customer Service Driving sales and motivating team to achieve goals Cashier Duties Job Qualifications Key holders must have prior experience in opening & closing the store, training, bank deposits & cash handling responsibilities Prior retail store experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as a team player Bilingual-English/Spanish is a BIG Plus !!
