Responsibilities: In this role you will ensure exemplary customer service for all; achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the store's overall success.
Ensure loss prevention awareness to protect the store from internal and external shortage.
You will also control non-selling operational tasks, including housekeeping, merchandising, transfers, and receiving; adhere to the availability and scheduling needs of the business; follow all corporate policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance; and set goals for employee skills development.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Specialty Retail Store experience required.
