Retail Sales- Women's Shoes, FT : Macy's Plaza Bonita
Women's Shoes Overview: As a Women's Shoes Sales Associate at Macy's, your opportunities are endless.
While demonstrating excellent customer service skills, your duties are meeting and exceeding selling and express credit expectations, developing a regular clientele, providing production knowledge to our customers and working as a part of a team to meet individual department and store objectives.
Key Accountabilities: Selling related functions Shortage control and compliance procedures Sharing equally in responsibilities of the department as customer traffic allows Sales productivity Express credits Maintain and use client book.
Follow up with customer issues Share responsibility for achieving counter goals Attend vendor training seminars Skills Summary: To be a successful Women's Shoes Associate, strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed.
