Retail Sales -PT Day: Santa Monica
Sales Associate Overview: As a Sales Associate you will be the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back time after time.
Your duties will include demonstrating excellent customer service skills, meeting hourly selling and express credit goals, providing product knowledge to our customers and working as part of a team to meet individual, department and store objectives.
Key Accountabilities: Customer service priority Floor coverage flexibility Meeting Sales goals Shortage awareness Teamwork oriented Take pride and responsibility for the maintenance of department areas Skills Summary: Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Dependability and flexibility with scheduled shifts.
Must be available on the weekends.
