Cash Office/Gift Wrap Associate Overview: The personal touch of our associates in specialized departments such as Gift Wrap are part of what makes Macy's brand of customer service so special.
As a Cash Office/Gift Wrap Associate, you will be responsible for topping off our customer's experience through superb service and thoughtful handling of their gifts.
Key Accountabilities: As a Cash Office/Gift Wrap Associate we will ask you to - Provide excellent customer service in a fast paced environment Wrap customer packages Process UPS shipments Maintain company supplies Complete daily store deposits Distribute funds to registers Process daily media and funds Skills Summary: To be successful as a Cash Office/Gift Wrap Associate, it is imperative that you have strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills, an ability to work with numbers and most importantly LOVE working with people.
The job of a Cash Office/Gift Wrap Associate is about pleasing the customer in a fun filled team oriented environment.
