Key Accountabilities: Greet each customer enthusiastically Practice suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge Ability to drive business through strong clientele and customer service skills Ensure the counter meets an exceeds sales and service goals Attend vendor seminars Adhere to shortage control and compliance procedures Excellent team building skills Skills Summary: Macy's relies on the Counter Managers and Beauty advisors to keep the customer's shopping experience fresh and new everyday through outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
