We are constantly seeking qualified eye care professionals like you to assist us in carrying out our mission to enhance our customers eye care experience.The Receptionist ensures that our customers receive courteous and prompt service and that the telephones are answered promptly in accordance with company telephone protocol.
Greet customers in a friendly manner and ensure high quality customer service.
Answer phone according to the company telephone protocol.
Present and verify accuracy of all customer / patient paperwork.
Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-up visits.
Ensure smooth flow of customers through store.
Call customers for product waiting to be dispensed.
Maintain neat and orderly front desk and waiting room.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Must accurately transcribe words and numbers.
Experience in handling multiple phone lines.
