Merchandiser: Marchon Eyewear
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A CAR AND WILL BE TRAVELLING TO DIFFERENT RETAIL LOCATIONS W/IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA.
Create merchandising and presentation solutions in order to drive sales and maximize business goals.
Merchandise product to Marchon Eyewear standards; Plan, map, and execute merchandise placement.
Work in partnership with the store management team and Account Executive to ensure brand initiatives meet the established expectations, guidelines, and necessary adaptations specific to the region or market.
Visit assigned department/specialty stores to work with sales associates and department managers on a weekly basis.
Present in-store seminars and training for sales associates and department managers Spend time in the stores selling and interact with customers; Schedule monthly personal appearances Perform markdowns and RTVs when required Report to directly to Sales Manager and communicate actions, issues and results on a regular basis.
Work with current independent accounts and seek new business opportunities
