General Manager Preferably With District Manager Experience
General Manager Position Title: General Manager Location: Los Altos Reports to: CEO and COO Elephant Pharmacy is adding to its herd! We're looking for people who are passionate about helping make customers healthy and happy.

If you're committed to connecting customers to the stimulating array of wellness items from both sides of the globe, come grow with us! Overall responsibility Primary responsibility is to grow the Elephant Pharmacy Brand through unparalleled customer service, store contribution and profitability.
Oversee and is responsible for total operational functions of a single store.
Manage a full staff of store personnel and oversee all in-store operations to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals for the store in compliance with company procedures.
Develop and execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the organizational strategy.
Defines, communicates, and deploys innovative strategies for store growth.
Maintains profitability through sales, payroll, and shrink goals.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills with staff, customers, vendors, and home office.
Advice Associate and Assistant managers in their efforts to recruit, hire, retain and develop a diverse and talented team.
Protects all company assets and handles store level loss prevention issues.
Analyzes store level reports and identifies ways to leverage opportunities to maximize results, reporting information to staff and upper management.
Accountable for the store's profitability, financial budget including labor costs and overall expenses and employee development.
