Overview: Bloomingdale's is looking for an service focused Executive Assistant to our General Manager.

This highly-visible opportunity is full time and requires a PC savvy, independent multi-tasker.

If you are highly organized and have OUTSTANDING customer service skills, we would really like to hear from you. Key Accountabilities: Developing and maintaining appointment calendar Developing and maintaining various reports in MS Excel Developing and maintaining files in MS Word Point contact for our office, senior executives and other branch stores Skills Summary: Superior phone skills High level of professional / Poised Polished and Professional OUTSTANDING customer service focus / friendly and approachable personality Generally works M - F, but some evenings and weekends may be required, especially during the holidays Advanced knowledge of MS office and excel Previous experience as an executive assistant strongly preferred Previous experience in a service industry, retail strongly preferred Bloomingdale's is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
