Customer Service Sales Associate: Convergys
Convergys is looking to build a solid team of experienced customer service professionals to work out of our Arnold location.
We offer four weeks of comprensive, paid training and there is no telemarketing involved with this position.
Customer Service Associates > Contact CenterResponsibilities include: ? Provide assistance to customers with billing and other account questions.
? Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
? Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
? Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
? Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
Requirements include: ? Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
? Ability to work nights and weekend shifts.
? High school diploma or GED equivalent.
? Employment is contingent upon a criminal background check.
? Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
? Attention to detail, good listening and responding skills, and must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually.
? Solid problem solving skills.
