Key Accountabilities: Greet each customer enthusiastically Practice suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge Develop and maintain clientele book Maintain sales goals and express credits Attend vendor seminars Adhere to shortage control and compliance procedures Teamwork oriented Skills Summary: Macy's relies on the Counter Managers and Beauty advisors to keep the customer's shopping experience fresh and new everyday through outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
