Cashiers/Clerks In Del Mar
Description: As a Cashier /Clerk for Longs Drugs you will receive generous store merchandise discounts!! Part time shifts - all shifts available.
Weekends and evenings - open till 10:00 pm. Cashiers processes sales, bag merchandise, provide customer assistance at checkout stands and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Will also create, and build and stock merchandise displays, provide customer assistance throughout the store, transports carts from parking lot to store and assist Department Managers with ordering merchandise.
Cashiers/Clerks must be willing to work different schedules to meet customer and store needs.
Stores run autonomously, therefore functions vary between stores.
We are seeking cashiers who can work varied shifts (some stores open until midnight) and weekends.
Stop by the store location that is most convenient for you and ask to complete an application and speak to the manager.
Be prepared to interview.

Skills Description: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
High school diploma is preferred.
Knowledge of basic household products, ability to use cash register after training.
Fine finger and gross motor dexterity is required.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Retail experience a plus.
Responsibilities: Varied shifts needed.
Approximately 24 hours per week for part time openings required.
