The Whole Foods Market Career Development Program seeks individuals with 2 or more years of supervisory, managerial or leadership experience overseeing 5 or more employees in a retail, food or service industry.
A restaurant or grocery/retail background is a huge plus.
Person must have excellent communication skills and believe in the Whole Foods philosophy- a culture that thrives on teamwork.
Candidates must be willing to travel up to an hour's commute and relocate to stores within the Region.
Must be flexible regarding hours and holidays.
Must be willing to be a HANDS-ON team player.
