Job Details: QUALIFICATIONS: Able to lift 70 lbs. Reliable hard working, able to take direction, able to stand for long periods in hot environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Operate ware washer as specified.
Handle dish ware in a careful manner to limit breakage.
Scrape dishes, salvage portion control condiments, remove trash and stock dishes and glass ware onto ware washer.
Presoak flatware.
Remove clean dishes from ware washer, sort into racks and transport to storage area.
Keep ware wash area clean and orderly.
Scrub pots and pans.
Clean floors, walls and kitchen equipment as directed.
Transport cartons, containers and other refuse to dumpster.
Keep dumpster area clean and orderly.
Provide input and ideas to improve the stewarding operation.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Replenish food pans as required.
Serve guests as required.
Bus/clean tables in dinning area.
Conduct self in a manner that reflects credit on Harrah's Laughlin and encourage others to do the same.
