"Part-Time" Day Shift Food Service Aide w/ Occasional Evening Shift Supervision Duties JOB SUMMARY: Provides assistance with Resident meals and provides a variety of preparation and service functions as scheduled and directed.
Serves meals in dining rooms, Resident rooms, guest meals and staff dining room.
Prepares and assists with the service of hot and cold beverages, condiments, desserts and salads, according to production records and standardized recipes.
Prepares nourishments according to production sheets, making sure that they are labeled, dated and delivered to nursing stations and wings.
Clears tables and sets tables for next meal.
Maintains sanitation standards in dining room, kitchenette, main kitchen and staff dining rooms, as scheduled and directed.
Is familiar with chemicals and uses them properly.
