Job Details: Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service.
Observes all rules for taking orders, serving and garnishing beverages.
Accurately follows and maintains a thorough knowledge of checking procedures.
Maintains knowledge of products and prices.
Observes and fulfills sidework and preparatory duties.
Displays salesmanship and hospitality.
Possesses a thorough knowledge of proper table setting techniques according to Bally's Atlantic City specifications.
Stocks service stations with all necessary items and removes soiled items from dining room.
Ensures complete satisfaction and smooth operation of the dining room and maintains high standards of sanitation in the dining and work areas.
Maintains excellent grooming and personal conduct according to Bally's Atlantic City specifications.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
Prior experience as a Bus Person and/or Food Server required.
