Provide customers with THE BEST customer service.
Train, and lead, an outstanding team in a manner consistent with regional vision and standards.
Implement and support regional programs.
Hire, train, coach, lead and reprimand TM's.
Maintain high team morale.
Achieve required margin and labor targets.
Drive team productivity.
Maintain well stock/well-merchandised department.
Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Work inventories and monitor inventory levels.
Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness.
Train TM's in all areas of department.
Must have/be: In depth experience in and understanding of all areas of Meat operations.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent merchandising skills.
Knowledge of department financials and labor budgets.
Great people and motivation skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
High standards of excellence.
Flexible schedule and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Proven team player.
Moderate computer skills.
Good sense of humor.
