Are you looking for a great Assistant Manager, Opportunity in Lincoln, NE?? We are looking for a responsible and experienced Assistant General Manager, needed for an upscale high-volume full service restaurant.
Restaurant does $3 million in sales.
Must live in Lincoln or surrounding area.
Relocation package negotiable.
$34-38K plus generous bonuses and great benefits! ABOUT THIS POSITION: In the position of Assistant Manager you will be responsible for providing support to the General Manager in running the front of the house.
Duties include: Oversee FOH activities including hiring & scheduling of 50 employees including waiters , servers & bar staff at this very popular full service restaurant located in Lincoln NE. This popular restaurant does a volume of 3 million in annual sales.
The manager is expected to work a 50/55 hour work week with 2 days off. Ensure that the correct operational procedures are being followed at all times.
Support a team atmosphere that promotes and supports the restaurant.
Coach and Train team members on the latest marketing promotions.
Promote Customer Service Build business and guest base Must have the ability to build a successful team Work closely with team members to meet / exceed sales targets.
Practice sound financial controls to meet and exceed expense targets.
Exemplify safety practices for yourself and your team members.
Customer focus, building trust, communication and coaching.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATION Have at least 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
Possess a positive attitude, outgoing personality and strong work ethic.
Have a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
Possess strong P&L understanding and a solid record of food and labor cost control.
Wish to build a long term career.
