Accounts Payable RepresentativeAccounts Payable Representative NGP Management, LLC is an established and fast-growing franchisee of Dunkin' Brands.

We currently operate 122 store locations throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

Our Corporate headquarters located in North Reading, MA is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Representative.

The representative will process accounts payable and assist with other miscellaneous accounting tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Process incoming vendor invoices, obtain approvals, and generate payments · Reconcile and research vendor statements/discrepancies and work with vendors to resolve issues.

· Report daily information including sales, sales tax, deposits, and customer count for stores utilizing excel · Enter deposits in accounting software and make daily deposits at the bank · Daily communication over the phone and via email with Store Managers and District Manager · Maintain listing of licenses and permits and monitor expiration dates Individuals must have a 1+ years of accounts payable experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Proficiency with excel is mandatory.
