SENIOR REAL ESTATE ANALYST
CLIENT COMPANY IS A PROFITABLE, WELL KNOWN PUBLICLY HELD SPECIALTY RETAILER BASED IN BIRMINGHAM LOOKING TO INCREASE ITS NATIONAL PRESENCE.
THE SENIOR REAL ESTATE ANALYST WILL BE THE SENIOR DEAL MAKER OF THE COMPANY REPORTING TO THE VP OF REAL ESTATE AND WILL BE THE LEAD NEGOTIATOR OF NEW STORE SITES, AS WELL AS RE-MODELS OF OLDER STORES.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE 5 TO 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND WILL CURRENTLY BE INVOLVED IN DEAL MAKING FOR NON REGIONAL MALL SPECIALTY RETAILERS.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MAY CURRENTLY BE IN A SIMILAR POSITION WITH A COMPANY LIKE CIRCUIT CITY, STEINMART, OFFICE MAX, SPORTS AUTHORITY, LINENS N THINGS, ETC. LOOKING FOR POSSIBLY GREATER OPPORTUNITY WITH A SMALLER RETAILER BASED IN THE SOUTH.
