Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Receptionist: Silicon Valley Associates
Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist Dynamic Real Estate Company searching for an individual to handle real estate transactions from contract to close.
You will also be responsible for being the first face our clients see as the front desk receptionist.

Ability to assist in routine transaction tasks Transaction Manager Job Description
1. Responsible for processing all contracts through closing.
2. Review all closing contracts to ensure all addendums, amendments, and other paperwork are correctly signed and executed.
3. Maintain all client files, making sure all phone numbers are correct and accessible, and all paperwork is filed correctly.
4. Communicate with clients, other agents, and vendors throughout the closing process.
5. Responsible for keeping agents updated on the progress of all contracts and advising team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution.
6. Set and confirm appointments as neede
7. Communicate with broker / office manager to assure all paperwork is done correctl
8. Assure that all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures take place.
9. Schedule closing date and time; confirm with agent, other agent, and client.
10. Advise client of final details of closing.

12. Enter all sold properties in MLS and websites, maintaining the status and accuracy of bot
