Property Manager & Maintenance Technician: Professional Equities
We have the following positions available in St. Louis, MO. Property Manager 600+ units Functions: The Property Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations and the financial performance of the property.
We want someone who finds fulfillment in working hard, provides excellent customer service and takes ownership.
Reports to Vice President of Property Management.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in business.
Working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
Must possess a min. of 5 years experience working in multifamily property management of 300+ units; building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collections; eviction procedures; accounting principles and employee safety.
Candidate must have assertive collection skills, superior customer service and employee management skills.
Demonstrated ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations and assignments.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Yardi Voyager software experience preferred.
Maintenance Technician Functions: Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-today maintenance of the property assigned.
Reports to Property Manager.
Requirements: HVAC certified Universal or Class 2 with at least 3 years experience in apartment maintenance.
Candidate must be proficient in all aspects of apartments maintenance including make ready, electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting and replacement, appliance repair and light carpentry.
Must pass maintenance exam.
