Property Manager: Express Employment Professionals West Palm Beach
Property Manager Property Manager for Mobile Home Park/Apartments We are seeking a strong property management team for a large mobile home park in warm, sunny West Palm Beach, Florida! This is a great opportunity for the right candidate(s).
We offer a competitive salary plusmany opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on great performance.

The ideal candidates will have the following set of qualities, skills and experience: 5 to 7 years experience managing C-level mobile home parks or apartments Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Positive attitude Proactive Goal-oriented Energetic with a good work ethic Honesty Calm under pressure High standards Ability and willingness to be tough but professional and respectful with residents Excellent collection skills (collection calls, knocking on doors, letters, evictions) Experience working within a budget and minimizing costs Experienced negotiating with and managing subcontractors Experience with sales and/or leasing Strong communication skills Ability to manage office and maintenance staff effectively Excellent attention to detail Good organization skills Experience using Microsoft Office, email and Internet Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done We are looking for that right person(s) that have a proven track record of taking a property that was poorly run and turned it around under their good leadership and direction.
