your career path is just too important to trust to anyone but us! The Position Leasing Agent We are recruiting a leasing agent for a Class B property located in Dallas area.
The 315 apartment home property requires a polished professional that is fun, energetic and can acquire new residents and assist in the retention of current residents.
This owner managed company will also require a candidate that can pass an extensive criminal and employment verification background process.
A competitive compensation package is available to the successful candidate which includes a commission program.
Weekends will be required.
The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and place strong emphasis on sales and customer service.
In addition, they will be experienced in the fast-paced and competitive environment that comes with multi-family and larger properties.
The successful candidate must have a general understanding of Fair Housing Laws and the TAA lease.
