Community Association Manager: Community Managers Associates
Community Association Manager Community Managers Associates is seeking a full time portfolio community Association Manager to join our team.
The primary responsibility of the Community Association Manager is to advise, educate, and assist the board of directors in the daily management and operations of homeowners' associations business.
Job duties include, attend regularly scheduled board meetings, including preparation and distribution of board meeting materials, monitoring the accounting and financial concerns of the property including fiscal budget preparation, invoice approval and financial reports, perform routine property inspections to ensure standards set forth in the governing documents are being observed and report any discrepancies to the board of directors, meet and negotiate with outside contractors and vendors, daily interaction with community residents and board members, respond timely to inquires from board members and residents and follow-through for client satisfaction.
Position demands the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
Developer experience is a huge plus.
Professional verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills: Word, spreadsheets.
