Responsibilities include budgeting, property management, sales, leasing/occupancy, and overseeing community maintenance.
HS diploma/GED with 2-4 years of property management experience in a manufactured home community, apartment complex, or related industry required.
Sales & leasing experience preferred.
$45K - $55K base plus bonus/commission opportunities.
