Appraisal Office Staff and Appraisers: Confidential
Now hiring full time and part time staff for growing appraisal firm Established Real Estate appraisal firm is now hiring part time and full time office staff as well as accepting resumes from appraisers for field work and internal review work.
Several opportunities are available for the right candidate(s).
--Support Staff including customer service representatives, account managers and AP/AR --Review Appraisers --Field Appraisers Support staff is expected to excel in customer service at all times and be willing to assist the owners and senior staff members in day to day operations.
Real estate, mortgage and/or appraisal background is strongly desired however, motivated, positive and eager candidates will be welcomed.
Administrative duties will be executed with a team player mentality.
Understanding of the "small" business environment is a plus.
Review appraisers will be expected to review product to ensure comformity and adherance to FNMA, HUD, and/or specific lender/client guidelines.
Field appraiser resumes will be accepted for contract based fee split work.
Please state your coverage areas, access and knowledge of data bases, preferred software, and desired fee split.
All positions will be expected to maintain the integrity of the product and high level of service that our clients expect.
