DescriptionJob Requirements:
Education required and/or preferred:
REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited School of Sonography or equitable on the job training.
Licensure/Certification
REQUIRED: ARDMS registered or Registry Eligible, CCI registration acceptable for vascular and echocardiography specialties.
Experience required or preferred:
REQUIRED: OB/GYN; Abdominal and Small parts
PREFERRED: Neurological and limited vascular experience
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Must be able to demonstrate scanning skills in the above required areas.
Ability to plan work and complete assignments in a timely manner without close supervision.
Reads and writes English with the skills necessary to translate physician's orders.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Knowledge of standard precautions.
Ability to listen, empathize and respond to patient, internal and external partners needs.
