Job Description : Position Summary: The Sr. Manager, USMM Training is a full time training position that specializes in planning, developing and implementing foundational through advanced curriculum for US Managed Markets Organization.

It also involves the development and delivery of training for the field sales organization including the Sales Professional, Hospital Associate and the District Sales Manager.

This position reports to the Director, US Managed Markets Training.

Role Responsibilities · Develop, and deliver foundational (LEAD, I,II,III) thru Advanced Curriculum for the US Managed Markets Organization.

· Develop and deliver Phase II, Phase IV, Hospital, Continuous Learning and District Sales Manager training on topics relevant to US Managed Markets.

· Plan, setup, and implement all required training either on site at Somerset Corporate Center IV, Regionally, or at National Meetings.

· Manage budgets related to class implementation.

· Assist with needs analysis to determine key performance gaps for USMM Organization and the Field Sales Organization on USMM key market topics · Work closely with Managed Market Senior Management to develop curriculum and current market need training.

Ie MMA Part D · Troubleshooting performance challenges (pull/push through) at the territory level with sales leadership and brand.

· Work closely with field management providing/developing timely training solutions on USMM topics · Participate with brand in planning and developing USMM aligned content and executing product launches.

· Other training projects as assigned by the by Leadership.

· Continuous refinement of all USMM Curriculum as well as field, hospital and DSM. · Field rides with USMM customers to continually understand the nature of the business and training needs.

Requirements : Education: · College degree · Demonstrated Leadership and Interpersonal skills · Demonstrated Team Player behavior · Comfort and experience presenting before groups · Demonstrated Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge · Excellent Communication Skills · Proven problem solving ability · Excellent organizational and time management skills · 15% travel required Experience: · 1-3 years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record · 2 years District Sales Manager Experience · 2-4 years experience in Account Management or Managed Care Training role Professional Skills: · Demonstrated Leadership and Interpersonal skills · Demonstrated Team Player behavior · Comfort and experience presenting before groups · Demonstrated Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge · Excellent Communication Skills · Proven problem solving ability · Excellent organizational and time management skills Language: · English
