Sr. Clinical Research Associate (Local Trial Manager) - 0609482
Description Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development, LLC., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Local Trial Manager), located in Titusville, NJ. The Local Trial Manager manages multiple complex tasks requiring independent decision-making.
Interacts with GTM/operations team leader to determine team requirements; develops country budget and timeline; provides input on protocol design, lead effort for CRF design, CRF completion guidelines, and monitoring guidelines; supervises site/investigator selection process within the US; develops template informed consent and payment schedule for study; monitors progress of clinical trial agreement negotiation for US investigators; monitors US site performance in relation to timeline.
Manages country/trial budget in Beacon.
Ultimately responsible for the quality and timeliness of US performance in assigned Phase 1-3 trials for project team.
Partners with Contracts and Grants Associate (CGA), Investigator Document Assistant (IDA), and Site Manager (SM) to ensure overall site management.
Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or Scientific Field is required.
Advanced degree is a plus.
A minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical clinical research is required.
Clinical trial management experience is preferred.
Knowledge of FDA GCP regulations is required; ability to travel is required (estimated 10% annual travel).
